How to make a claim

Making a warranty claim couldn’t be easier. Just follow these three steps.

If you’d like to discuss a repair or think you might need to make a claim under your warranty, please contact us before you do anything else by calling 0800 060 8611, emailing us or sending a message using the form below.

What to do once repairs are complete

  • If the work was carried out by one of our approved garages, you don’t need to do anything as we’ll settle payment directly with them.
  • If the work was carried out by your own garage, they may ask you to pay first and and reclaim the costs from us. Either way, we’ll need a copy of the repair invoice along with any service invoices or other documents requested. Please clearly mark the repair code and state who is to be paid. Payments are usually processed and paid within 48 hours.

Important

  • If you ask the garage to commence work without our authorisation – therefore denying us the opportunity to determine the cause of failure or inspect the vehicle – you do so in the knowledge that your claim may be declined. 
  • You are responsible for authorising the garage to carry out the necessary repairs on your vehicle.
  • Any excess parts and labour charges, or any repairs which aren’t covered under your plan, are your responsibility.
